Is AuroraMed a finished product?
No. Version 0.2.0 is a working pilot that runs on synthetic (made-up) data. Notes, orders, lab and imaging simulators, forms and a full permission matrix are rolling out in the next wave and are not yet available. The status page lists what is built and what is not.
Can we put real patient records in it?
No. The pilot must not hold real patient data. Several security findings from our own review are still open, and no independent security review has been done. Use the demo to evaluate workflows with synthetic data.
Is it HIPAA, LGPD or GDPR compliant?
We make no compliance or certification claim. We design against the ideas behind these rules (minimum necessary access, audit, consent, fast record access), but nothing has been legally reviewed or audited. See Privacy and compliance.
Does it connect to our lab, pharmacy or insurers?
Not today. Every external connector in the pilot is simulated or absent. Standards such as HL7 and FHIR are planned, not built. See Integrations.
Does it work if the internet goes down?
Not in the pilot: it is cloud-only and a network outage stops alerts and messaging. Continued local operation is the design for the on-site server, which is not built yet.
Is it available in Spanish?
The product is English only today. Spanish pages on this website are a preview translation of key marketing pages, not a Spanish product.
Who runs AuroraMed and who are its customers?
AuroraMed is at pilot stage and has no customers to name. We will not show logos or testimonials until a real pilot partner gives written permission.
Why is there no price list?
Terms are still being finalised. Rather than publish numbers that may change, we discuss pricing directly with each organisation. Contact us for pricing.
What is decided about the model?
Price is designed to scale with the cost of serving each site. Small clinics are the starting point. For a small clinic, installation and the equipment AuroraMed sells are paid separately, and the clinic supplies its own electricity and internet.
Are you certified or audited?
No. There is no certification, attestation, external audit or penetration test. Our own review is a developer self-review, and it says the pilot must not hold real patient data.
Where do you report a vulnerability?
Email [email protected]. See security.txt. We do not run a bounty programme, and the pilot holds only synthetic data.
Is data encrypted?
Connections use HTTPS and secure WebSockets. National IDs, MFA secrets and registration change history are encrypted in the database. Other fields, including messages, are stored in plaintext in the database. Key rotation and per-tenant keys are not built.
What is “Wave 2”?
The next release (v0.3.0), aimed at notes, structured orders, lab and imaging simulators, forms and a fuller permission matrix. It is being built and is not shipped. See the roadmap.
What is AuroraMed Packaging?
The engine that assembles a customer-specific version of the app from a signed configuration with locked safety floors. See AuroraMed Packaging.
Does Elyria come with AuroraMed?
No. Elyria Drone Shipping is a separate company. A transport-order interface is planned as an optional integration and is not a service. See Elyria.
