What this site collects
The site itself does not set tracking cookies (only an optional region-preference cookie, see the cookie notice), run analytics or load third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Our hosting provider may process standard request logs (such as IP address and page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
The demo form
The form composes an email in your own mail app. Nothing is sent to us until you press send. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write, and we use it only to reply. Please do not send patient information.
The pilot
The pilot software uses synthetic data only. Do not enter real patient information.
