What a small clinic gets, by design
- Live charts, messaging and code alerts among a handful of staff.
- A Small Clinic preset: light interface, simpler navigation, 12-character passwords.
- Registration with duplicate warning, coded problems, allergies and medications.
- An audit trail that shows who opened which chart.
Today this runs as a synthetic-data pilot on a shared cloud hub.
What it costs
- Contact us for pricing. The design targets clinics of about 20 patients.
- Installation and the equipment AuroraMed sells are paid separately.
- The clinic supplies its own electricity and internet.
- How the patient limit is enforced is an open decision. Support fees and reserves are not yet decided.
Honest limits
The on-site closed server that would let a clinic keep working when the internet fails is designed, not built. The pilot is cloud-only. Scheduling, billing, a patient portal and e-prescribing are not built. Notes and orders are rolling out in Wave 2.
Common questions
Do we need to buy servers?
The design uses one cabinet-sized on-site server that AuroraMed sells, separately from the annual software plan. It is not built yet, so nothing needs buying to evaluate the pilot.
Can we use it for real patients?
No. The pilot holds synthetic data only.
