- Free-text orders with priority.
- Acknowledge critical results with a recorded read-back.
- Break-glass with a reason; activate codes.
Coming in Wave 2 Coming: note signing and templates, structured orders, forms and a fuller permission matrix. Not in the pilot: e-prescribing, eMAR with barcode checks, scheduling.
