What can a staff nurse do in the pilot?

Short answer
Nurses sit in tier T4. They see care-team-scoped patients, add vitals, notes and intake and output, receive pings, codes and critical-result alerts, use messaging and Memo Desk, and register and search patients. They can break glass with a reason, but they cannot independently prescribe.
