The pilot has no AI features. In the design, AI is off by default, enabled per facility with a model inventory entry and validation evidence.
C0354Can AI write to the chart automatically?
No. AI outputs are labelled, cited to source elements and never auto-filed or auto-signed; a human must accept.

On site or in a customer-approved region, with an egress check that blocks unapproved model endpoints.

Not without separate written approval, by specification.

By input and output reference hash and model version, so each use leaves a trace. Designed.
