C0309How can we evaluate AuroraMed without risk?
Request a synthetic-data demonstration. The pilot hub holds only fictional patients, staff and facilities, so evaluating it exposes no real patient information and commits you to nothing.
C0310Is there a pilot program for real clinics?
Not yet open. A real-data pilot is blocked until the on-site backend exists, open security findings are fixed and an independent review is done. The website's request form lets you register interest in being contacted when that changes.
C0311What protects a clinic if the pilot fails?
No real data is involved in the synthetic pilot. In the production design the clinic's local database is the system of record and a documented export and data-return procedure applies at exit, so failure of the vendor does not strand records. Contract terms are not yet written.
C0312Is there an exit guarantee?
Not as a contract. Data portability and return at contract end are design principles, and formal guarantees will depend on contracts and counsel that are not yet in place.
C0313Why should we trust a product that is still a pilot?
We publish what is built and what is not, including open security findings and untested hardware, so you can judge the risk yourself. No customers, certifications or audits are claimed.

There are none yet. The pilot has fictional tenants used for demonstrations, and no real clinic, hospital, testimonial or logo appears on this site.

Not yet, since there are none. A pilot customer group would be recruited once real-data readiness conditions are met.

The review lists open findings to fix, the on-site backend, privacy and key-management packages, and an independent review before any real patient data enters the system.
C0317How do we report a security issue?
Email the security contact listed in the security.txt file on this site. No bounty program exists, and reports are handled on a best-effort basis while the product is a pilot.

The hub address is live as a synthetic-data demonstration. Sign-in accounts are controlled by the team, so request a demo to see it.
