Not yet. It is designed in the specification and not built in the pilot. To verify it, the specification says regimen dose check enforces BSA rules.

The cardiology, oncology, obstetrics, pediatrics, behavioral, dental, ophthalmology, rehab part of the specification (REQ-1403) says the system must support prenatal, labor and delivery, fetal monitoring, newborn and postpartum documentation. Designed, not built: there is no code for this in the pilot. Acceptance check: eDD and gestational age computed consistently.
