C0274What does the small clinic plan cost?
Pricing is discussed directly with each clinic, so please contact us for pricing. What is decided is the shape of the model: it is designed for a clinic of about twenty patients, with installation and the equipment AuroraMed sells paid separately, and the clinic supplying its own electricity and internet. It is a working decision, not a final price list.
C0275What does the medium clinic plan cost?
Please contact us for pricing. Medium-clinic terms, including the billing period, have not been confirmed by the owner and are an open decision.
C0276What does a large hospital pay?
Hospital pricing is set with each hospital, so please contact us for pricing. The structure under review scales with the cost of serving the site, including build-out, servicing and certified maintenance crews. The period is still an open decision.
C0277Why would a hospital pay so much?
The pricing rationale is that price scales with the cost to serve and larger sites fund the network. It is a structure under review, not a published rate card, and figures are available by contacting us.
C0278Is the free tier really free?
The software plan for small clinics is designed to carry no annual software fee, but installation and equipment are sold separately. Free clinics still cost money to support, so a support reserve or small fee is an open decision. Contact us for pricing.
C0279Is there a mandatory support fee?
Undecided. The option of a support reserve built into equipment pricing or a small fee is recorded as open.
C0280How many patients can a small clinic have?
About twenty is the design envelope. How it is enforced, by hard cap, soft alert or advisory, is open.
C0281Who pays if something breaks?
Equipment warranty and service terms are not yet defined. Hardware is tracked as assets with serial and warranty in the design, and contracts are open.
C0282Is there liability insurance?
There is no insurance and liability plan yet. It is an open item and affects support commitments and customer contracts.
C0283Will prices change?
Possibly. The medium price may be low against the cost to serve, and competitors may respond. Nothing is final and no price is contractually fixed.
C0284Do upgrades cost extra?
The specification states downgrade never deletes data and tier entitlements drive features. Charging for upgrades is not defined.
C0285Can we switch tiers later?
Entitlements are a configuration value and a downgrade never deletes data. Commercial terms of switching are undecided.
C0286Are security features locked behind higher prices?
No: security and privacy controls are identical across tiers by specification. The optional strict tier for Latin America is a paid add-on beyond legal minimums.
C0287Are there setup fees?
Installation is paid by the small clinic. Fee levels for other tiers are not published.
C0288Who is the contracting party?
Legal entity setup, contracts and insurance are open. This site makes no offer.
C0289What hardware is sold?
A single-cabinet server, sealed terminals, a wired printer and supporting network gear in the reference profile. Bill of materials and price are open.
C0290Is there a free trial?
A synthetic-data demonstration can be requested. A production trial is not offered while the product is a pilot.
C0291Can a clinic buy only the software?
Equipment is sold by AuroraMed per the decided model. Software-only sale is not defined.
C0292What are the terms for exiting?
Exit and data return are designed as a documented procedure with a destruction certificate. The contract terms are not yet written.
C0293Is there a discount for a clinic network?
Not defined. Sphere membership can cover a network, but pricing for networks is open.
