What exists Pilot

  • MRN = clinic prefix + counter + Luhn check digit.
  • Deterministic plus phonetic and fuzzy matching, with a live warning.
  • Unknown-patient registration; edits keep history with encrypted old and new values.
  • Two-person virtual merge, with unmerge.
  • National ID masked by default; reveal needs a purpose, lasts 15 seconds and is audited.
  • Wristband preview with two identifiers and an allergy flag.

Not built

  • National-ID validators (CPF, CNS, RUT, CURP, DNI and others).
  • Scheduling, check-in and insurance coverage.
  • Barcode printing and ADT or FHIR events on merge.
  • Matching is untuned on real data.
