Between v0.2.0 and v0.5.0 (September 30 and October 1, 2026) the pilot grew from 14 pieces to 36: a server-enforced permission matrix, notes, orders, forms, scheduling, billing against a simulator, an on-site hub with sync, downtime mode, backup and restore drill, printing, decision support, e-prescribing against simulated pharmacies, FHIR and HL7 simulators and a patient portal.
