What you see Pilot
- A green LIVE tag and a highlighted entry with a toast.
- Vitals (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, pain), free-text notes, intake and output.
- Patient banner, summary and a stay, day and hour timeline.
- Pushes go only to users allowed to view that patient; care-team scope applies.
Limits
- Entries are free text, not coded or templated.
- Needs the cloud hub. There is no offline chart.
- One test observed a push in a few hundred milliseconds. That is a single observation, not a performance figure.

Common questions
Does a live push mean instant delivery?
No promise is made. The push is designed to reach open charts quickly, and one test showed a delay of a few hundred milliseconds. We publish no latency figure.
Who can see the entry?
Only users allowed to view that patient: role and care-team scope apply, and VIP or restricted patients are hidden from anyone without an assignment.
